An Introduction to Jones Law Firm LLC
Jones Law Firm LLC was founded in 2014 by Amanda Jones Fisher after she left a large, regional law firm. In her own words, this move was born out of a "desire to provide a realistic, small firm experience for attorneys and their clients" to give clients more personalized service.
The firm’s founding mission statement reads as follows:
"The goal of the Jones Law Firm is to provide the highest quality legal services to our clients in an efficient and effective manner. We strive to enjoy work, be easy to use and available, provide a positive work environment, and contribute to the communities in which we live and work. Our firm’s values are honesty, integrity, diligence, respect , and learning. Our firm’s purpose is to provide a quality life and a fulfilling career for our attorneys and staff."
Since 2014 the firm has gone through tremendous growth providing services for small and Midwestern companies in the areas of employment law and litigation. For example, one major client signed an annual retainer agreement with Jones Law Firm LLC to be its "go to" employment attorney for a flat fee. Jones Law Firm LLC guaranteed its client a minimum of four hours of service each month (often requiring Jones Law Firm to travel 1-2 hours from St. Louis for site visits) at a set monthly cost (which often averaged $200/hour). Jones Law Firm LLC also charged reduced fees for legal administrative services allowing its various client’s HR Departments to use services at a significantly reduced rate for consistency in day-to-day operations.
